Website inquiries
The form collects your name, email, business name, specialty, team size and message, with your consent to contact you about the request. It saves the request to ScopeLatch’s own protected product-owner inbox. It does not send an automatic email or text. Do not include payment card details, passwords or sensitive customer records.
Business workspace records
Businesses enter customer and contact information, vehicle references, estimates, decisions, appointments, photos, notes, invoices and manual payment records. These are stored for the business’s work and closeout history. Staff access requires sign-in and business membership, with responsibilities checked by the application server. The website does not display these private records.
Customer review links
A review link opens selected information about one job without a customer account. Anyone holding that link can view its shared details, so keep it private. Links expire after seven days and the business can revoke them. Creating a new link revokes earlier links for that job. Decisions include the entered name and time; this acknowledgment does not independently verify the person’s identity. Internal notes and photos are not included unless marked for sharing.
Hosting, sign-in and browser storage
Sites hosting provides the website and application. Cloudflare storage holds ScopeLatch’s records and uploaded photos. Staff authentication uses ChatGPT sign-in. Those services may process operational request and security information under their own terms. The public website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Form submission uses a temporary request identifier to recover a confirmed save safely after a retry.
Spam controls and security
Inquiry submission validates required fields and consent, restricts allowed website origins, and uses a short-lived network-derived hash for rate limiting. The inbox does not store the raw network address in the inquiry record. Hosting providers may retain operational logs. Application permissions limit which jobs and financial fields a staff member can access.
Retention, exports and requests
Business owners can export job and financial records; archived jobs remain available. Inquiries remain in the private inbox until the product owner reviews their retention or a deletion request. The final retention schedule is not yet established. Contact UltraModern about access, correction or deletion, and contact the service business for its own customer records.
Connections and payments
ScopeLatch is separate from ReconFlow. There is no shared account, database or live integration. Payment records describe payments collected outside ScopeLatch. The application does not store card numbers or process a payment.
